Exercise Should be Fun!

Exercising in ways you enjoy will help you achieve sustainable weight loss results.

We get it, exercise isn’t exactly known for being fun.

We would also like to be drinking mimosas at brunch with our girlfriends rather than sweating in the gym. However, adding exercise to your health and wellness journey is key to achieving sustainable weight loss results…but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy it too.

Exercising in ways you enjoy can be the difference between sustainable weight loss results and getting back on the rollercoaster of weight loss and weight gain.

Finding ways to enjoy movement will result in a consistent exercise routine that you can maintain long-term. You don’t have to force yourself to be at the gym for 2 hours every day or run 10 miles if you don’t enjoy running. Get some fresh air and go for a walk if you enjoy walking. Take a cycling class if you enjoy cycling. Exercise in ways you enjoy. It doesn’t have to be complicated, but it should be fun!
